JAC Recruitment started in 1975 as the first Japanese recruitment agency in the
UK. After only ten years it started expanding outside the UK with the first overseas
office in Singapore opening in 1986, closely followed by Tokyo, Japan in 1988. The
key global expansion of the JAC Recruitment network has continued over the past
ten years with the addition of JAC Malaysia, JAC Indonesia, JAC Thailand and JAC
China.
JAC Japan, the largest operation within the group, continues its rapid expansion
within that country from its current network of offices in Tokyo, Yokohama, Nagoya, Osaka,
Kyoto, Kobe and Fukuoka.
JAC’s aim is to become a global human resources solutions provider with its core
business being the placement of Japanese nationals, Japanese-speaking specialists
and high quality local staff to both Japanese and international companies in each
country.
