STEP 1 Registration

Please register online to utilise JAC Recruitment's services; direct enquiries by telephone and e-mail are also welcome. Additionally, you can register by applying for positions advertised on our website.

Once registration has been completed, including receipt of your up-to-date CV, one of our consultants will contact you within 1 week. Although every effort is made to follow up all registrations, unfortunately at times we are unable to respond in due to the high volume.

We do not charge any recruitment service fees to candidates.

STEP 2 Registration Interview (Career Consulting and Introduction of Opportunities)

Following online registration, you will be invited to our office to meet with a consultant familiar with your preferred area and roles. Together with the consultant, your experience, skills and personal strengths will be assessed to clarify your potential future career path.

Our consultants can also offer tips on appropriate CV writing and your career profile, and will introduce you to career opportunities which match your skills and interests.

*Note: If you are currently based overseas, or visiting our office is otherwise impossible, we will be happy to interview you via telephone or Skype.

STEP 3 Application - Screening - Interview

Where there is a position you wish to apply for that matches your qualifications, after confirming your decision we will recommend you to our client. When our clients are happy to proceed, we will arrange the interview date and time, keeping you abreast of all necessary information. After each interview, your consultant will provide you with a review having followed up with both parties.

STEP 4 Offer & Start Work

Our consultant will contact you again once an offer of employment is made, and assist you through any necessary negotiation of details on working conditions, including start date and salary. The consultant will also support you in making a smooth transition to your new employer.

STEP 5 Follow-up after Starting

JAC Recruitment follows up candidates following their commencement of a new position. We can advise and counsel on many issues you may be having with your new position or working environment at any stage of your employment.
