Client Service Officer


€45,000 to €50,000 per annum

Job Profile

Our client is a leading financial institution in North Europe and they are seeking an experienced Japanese speaking candidate with a background in Finance or Economics to strengthen the team within the Client Services Planning Department.

Main Responsibilities

·       Maintain excellent client-care and relationships with mainly Japanese clients

·       Answer to all requests from custody and fund clients

·       Update and maintain the client database

·  Task related KYC and AML

·       Coordinate analysis of quality of operations

·       Accomplish various tasks in a timely and qualitative manner

·       Provide administrative support and complete all requested control checklists

·       Show proof of sense and sound judgment towards risk awareness

·       Inform the Section Head of all risk of error and actual errors as soon as detected and evaluate their impact

Who we are looking for

·       Proficient with Microsoft Office

·       A versatile, client-orientated team player with excellent communication skills

·       Education in Finance or Economics

·       Good overall knowledge of the banking sector

·       Several years’ experience in a similar position

·       Fluent in Japanese and English (other European languages will be considered as an advantage)
