Main Responsibilities

·       Work with marketing team to contribute towards social media marketing campaigns

·       Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content

·       Stay up to date on new trends within the cryptocurrency community

·       Engage and optimise community through mediums favoured by the cryptocurrency community by creating engaging posts

·       Participate in relevant discussion threads and answer questions in a professional manner

·       Create, curate, and manage promotions, social ad campaigns as well as all published content (images, video and written)

·       Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation, monitor online reviews and comments, provide explanations and answers online

·       Analyse key metrics and tweak strategy as needed

·       Collaborate and cooperate with international colleagues to create and finalise the ICO whitepaper

·       Cooperate with marketing team to publish press releases and articles in timely manner

·       Attend and participate actively in various blockchain events around the world

·       Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)



·         Experience in ICO marketing and thorough knowledge of ICOs

·         Proven experience of implementing different styles/voices for different accounts (focusing on languages and level of formality used on different platforms)

·         Familiar and has first-hand experience with popular channels within crypto-community e.g. Telegram, Quora, Reddit, Bitcoin Talk, Medium, Twitter

·         Up-to-date industry knowledge, with the passion to continue learning as industry evolves

·         Excellent writing and language skills

·         Understanding of bounty campaigns

·         Exceeds at building and maintaining sales relationships, online and off

·         Able to travel for business on short notice

·         Knowledge and understanding of both Japanese and English business cultures are advantage

·         Experience working for an international company

·         Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution
