A Japanese company is looking for an office manager.


Reporting to


Managing the day to day running of the office and assist with the translation of documents to and from the head office in Japan.



-          General office management

-          Secretarial (Minute taking, translation, etc.)

-          Accounting (Recording expenses, preparing documents for accountants, etc.)

-          Payroll (administer benefits, record hours and prepare payroll information,etc.)

-          HR (Train new employees, Health and Safety, etc.)


 Key skills and experience required

-          Excellent English communication skills

-          Intermediate Japanese or higher

-          University educated or equivalent

-          Office administration experience 3years

-          Excellent organization skills

-          Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

-          Full UK Driving Licence

Health Insurance, Reasonable commuting expenses




Eligible to work in the UK without any restriction
