Sales Team Assistant
Up to £22,000 per annum

The purpose of this role will be mainly to assist the sales department by creating ICT-related quotes based on sales requests, other clerical work based on requests such as data input, entering data into the reporting system, managing documentation and control of sales department sales results.
Fluent Japanese and English speaker.
Proven customer service experience.
Familiarity with WAN and LAN related equipment.
Knowledge and proficiency in Excel, Word, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Outlook.
Reliable time-keeping and attendance.
Cheerful, outgoing and positive disposition.
Strong time management/multi-tasking & organisational skills
Accurate and organised with an eye for detail.
Monday to Friday; 9:00 to 17:30
Occasional overtime may be required.
