Japanese Speaking Insurance Sales Executive

Salary

From £50,000 per annum

Job Profile

Our client is a leading insurance broker and risk management firm. They are seeking a talented sales professional with or without industry experience in order to develop Japanese related business in the UK and Continental Europe.

Main Responsibilities

·        Create, develop and execute a sales plan that results in the booking of profitable new client revenues that satisfies the assigned sales goal

·        Make appointments to personally meet with decision-makers of targeted Japanese prospects for purposes of introducing the firm and the full range of services and solutions

·        Conduct assessments of targeted firms’ issues and needs, including both research and structured dialogue meetings with client representatives using the company sales process

·        Work in a team with Client Executives, Development Executives and Risk and Industry Practice professionals at all times in the cultivation of identified prospect opportunities

·        Voluntarily be involved with creation and presentation of proposals to prospects which outline the understanding of their risk issues and applicable solutions

·        Commit time and resources required to build presence and credibility in Japanese business community in the country, including active participation in industry associations and centres of influence, and engaging applicable company specialties

·        Maintain relationships with assigned Japanese client representatives in the region, and assists in local service delivery by using cultural and language advantages to achieve client satisfaction

·        Support marketing initiatives by organising, coordinating, and participating in networking events, seminars, sales meetings, etc. with Japanese business in the region

·        Partner with departments and offices across the firm to utilise available resources to facilitate the development of creative options and sales strategies

·        Provides timely and accurate prospect information and sales activity data required for purposes of management reporting and sales forecasting

 

Who we are looking for

·    Must be fluent in Japanese and English both written and verbal

·    Self-motivated, sociable, proactive, and result-oriented professional

·    Strong skills in business development and client relationship management

·    Good team collaboration and communication skills

·    Good PC Skills, including Word, Excel & Power Point
