Euro 30K –Euro 40K per annum


Job profile


A Japanese global manufacturing company is looking for a capable Sales Assistant.


Main responsibilities


1) Order handling (receive orders from customers and issue order to HQ in Japan) 

2) Products delivery arrangement (manage with air cargo forwarders and European logistics agents)  

3) Inventory management 

4) Sales data management at ERP and other systems         

5) Customer inquiry handling for delivery timing, claims, and others   


Required skills and competency / qualifications :


1) Business level of German and English languages (Basic Japanese skill is preferred and appreciated)

2) MS office skills

3) Good communication and team work skills and intercultural communicative competence

4) Business experience is not mandatory, but prefer to have challenging spirits for new things

    for own career development

5) IT knowledge and experience such as ERP/CRM systems will be positively appreciated






Starting date


As soon as possible




Eligible to work in UK without any restriction
