Main Tasks

  • Maintain and grow business at existing automotive customers by driving new design-ins
  • Meet and exceed agreed sales budgets, design-in targets
  • Identify and materialize new business opportunities in the automotive market
  • Primary focus shall be on engineers and executives responsible for new product design-ins
  • Present ROHM value proposition against competitors
  • Assist customer during design-in developments with support from product managers and field application engineers
  • Provide marketing department and product managers with consolidated customer requirements to define new products and product enhancements, to pave the road for continuous future growth

 

Location:Stuttgart

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical degree
  • Adequate years of sales experience in semiconductor industry with focus on Automotive market
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills in English and German
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of system level requirements
  • Open, flexible and autonomous personality
  • Team orientated and result driven
