Salary £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

A leading consumer electronics company is looking for a Client Support Engineer for their start-up business.

 

 

Main responsibilities

·       Technical support with analytical problem assessment for users  

·       Support clients via telephone, emails, through other web communications, or onsite as needed

·       Provide pre-sales support, marketing support, system integration support, overall business reviews and suggestions to HQ and management

 

 

Who we are looking for

·       Experience as a Client Support Engineer for over 3years at a leading technology company

·       Deep knowledge in lecture Capture video platform

·       Knowledge in video streaming protocols, internet application technologies including HTML, XML, internet protocols, networking, firewalls various web server configurations, security and database administrations

 

Language requirement

English

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, technology, media, or information systems or relevant background

Candidate must be eligible to work in the UK without any restrictions as no visa support will be given
