Job Profile

Our client is currently looking to recruit a high calibre In-House Paralegal for their private equity, infrastructure and real estate primary fund investment team in London office.

Main Responsibilities

·         Reviewing Draft and Final Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs) for fund investment opportunities

·         Conducting legal/ tax reviews with outside counsel and tax advisors

·         Negotiating Side Letter Requests with General Partners

·         Supporting execution process with our global team

·         Reviewing and selecting Most Favoured Nations (MFNs)

·         Reviewing confidentiality agreements/ NDAs

·         Dealing with fund extension requests

·         Maintaining existing LPAs, Side Letters, Subscription documents, and MFNs

·         Supporting investment team for quarterly and annual audit report reviews

·         Supporting various business groups in credit investment, general affairs functions and potential project finance loan documentation

·         Providing guidance on the impact of EU regulations on internal policies, procedures and compliance program

·         Addressing a variety of day-to-day matters faced by an investment team including NDA reviews, and internal investment advisory agreement checks

Who we are looking for

·         3+ years of relevant experience in relevant private practice or in-house involving private equity funds and other alternative investment funds

·         Good team player with excellent communication skills

·         Legal Degree or other appropriate qualification, Legal Practice Course preferable


Right to work in the UK



Flexibility for full time and part time role subject to negotiations
