Main Responsibilities

§  Conduct general affairs related to imports.

§  Carry out customs duties.

§  Carry out business communications and negotiations with shipping companies.

§  Carry out pricing of goods.

§  Input sales records and information into the business database.



  • Experience in Sales and Imports / Exports.
  • Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good customer service and selling skills, high personal standards and pleasant manner.
  • Ability to learn and work as part of a team.
  • Have a positive, flexible attitude and be honest and reliable.



  Proficiency in English required. Japanese or Mandarin proficiency a bonus.
