Main Responsibilities

·         Customer support by telephone or e-mail (product information, consultation, answers to questions)

·         Remote Technical Support

·         Acceptance of orders by phone and other office work related to contracts

·         General Affairs on Other Operations



·         Can commute to work by car

·         Required PC skill (welcome person who can touch blind)

·         Welcome experienced customer service



 Business level proficiency in both English and Japanese (oral + writing/reading) is required.


 Visa support is not available for this position. Applicants will need to be in possession of a valid working UK visa. Tier 5 (YMS) visa holders are welcome to apply.
