Position 
 Passenger Services Agent

Salary 
  £17,925 + Shift allowance + premium shift pay

 (this is not fixed and will increase depending on what shifts they do).

Work Days/Hours 
 Shift pattern is 4 days on 2 days off

 the earliest shift will start at 5am therefore candidates must be able to get to the airport before this time.

Contract Type 
 PermanentProbationary period 6 months

Location 
 Heathrow Airport Terminal

Main Responsibilities 
 •Check-In passengers ensuring security compliance and document checks are carried out accurately

  •Ticket Desk, collect monies, book and amend itineraries and handle general ticket enquiries

  •Special Services, arrange meet and greet for VIP’s

  •Departure Flight preparation, seat planning    Etc..

 

Requirements 
   •Airline/Airport experience

   •Computer literate (MS Word and Excel) with the ability to learn systems and processes to a high standard

   •GCSE Maths & English grade C or above, or equivalent

   •Certificate or NVQ qualification in customer service, or equivalent

 

Language 
 Fluent English and Japanese

 

VISA 

 YMS(Tier5) is availavle. (Mmust have at least 18 months remaining on their status.)
