Work Days/Hours

 9am to 6pm (1hour lunch), Monday to Friday

 Probationary period: 3 months (to be extended if not



 Central London


Main Responsibilities

Booking flights/hotels/trains/other transportation such as rent a car for both individuals and groups and providing related service such as mileage upgrade or seat assignment.

Issuing, amending, cancelling, refund etc both individual and group tickets

Meeting existing/new customers to build a good relationship if required



Computer skills at intermediate level at least (Word, Excel, PP)

Compatible with Amadeus or other GDS systems (experience in exchanging tickets and have knowledge of ticketing – highly desirable)

Having knowledge of building manual fare is advantage



 Able to speak in both English and Japanese (and writing/reading) at Business level


 Candidates with ILR/British/EU preferred, Tier 2 partner/Tier 5 considered depending on the length of visa (at least 1 and half years).
