Japanese Speaking Customer Service Coordinator

Our client, Japanese Global Freight Forwarding Company currently are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to provide support and administrative & operational assistance to customers .
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
• Customer service by email and TEL in the office
• Assist the Japanese expatriated manager in the daily operation
•Create quotations and prepare necessary documents for export / import
• Communication with operation staffs or subcontractor to coordinate and ensure the smooth operations.
•Attend exhibitions, or delivery sites for customer care.
Skills and Experience
• Business Level in French, Japanese and English language is essential, both verbal and written
• Previous administration experience
• Logistics Knowledge & Experience Desirable
• Good Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
• A professional approach with excellent interpersonal skills
Eligible to work in France without any restriction
