Main Responsibilities

-       To support the team in all areas of cultural exchange programmes for Japanese groups visiting the UK

-       Maintain record of programme activities and initiating correctitive actions where needed to meet programme objectives

-       Liasing with team to ensure schedule targets and dates are maintained

-       Contacting service providers to assist with logistics of programmes

-       Regularly atend operation meetings and report to the team

 

Requirements

-       MUST be highly organised and be able to meet deadlines with ease

-       Excellent face-to-face telephone manners

-       MS Office skills – Excel, Word, Access or similar databases

-       Natral forward planner, keen eye for detail

-       Mature and comfortable in dealing with people of all seniority levels (in both Englih and Japanese) this includes understanding Japanese clientele customer care both in person and via email.

-       Team-player and gets on well with others.

-       Expereince in education and/or travel industry a big plus

 

Language

Native level Japanese

Fluent English (TOEIC 850 plus)

Must be eligible to work in UK. YMS cannot be considered.
