Job Profile

A fabulous new Japanese Restaurant located just near to the Gherkin is opening very soon and looking for a chef(s.)Based in the heart of the city, it's open Monday to Friday and will cater to the professional City clientele.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation of the hot food menu and/or sushi menu.
• Possibility to bring creativity to the menu.

Who we are looking for

• Enthusiastic about Japanese cuisine
• Professional, friendly and good at time keeping.
• Ability to work in a team (the team will consist of 8 people.)

Salary and Benefits

£20,000 - £25,000 (Junior Level)
£25,000 - £30,000 (Senior Level)

Hours

The shifts are: 07:00-17:00 or 11:30-23:00 Monday to Friday (48 hours in total.)
