Main Responsibilities

•Consult with the clients of their marketing needs
•Make necessary arangements for the exhibition/shows and promotion
•Requires a lot of business trip to mainly EU.Mid East and U.S.A
•Negotiate with the clients and suppliers
•Travel arrangement
•Schedule management

Who we are looking for

•Someone who is very organised
•Good time management
•Self motivated
•Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
•Preferably some experience in photo shop and adobe, illustrator and other design tools
•Good presentation skill
•Japanese-Native level and English-business level

Hours

Mon-Fri 9:00-17:30
