Job Profile

This global IT solution company is looking for a new work engineer who is confident working on his/her own.

Main Responsibilities

• Knowledge and proficiency in maintenance and installation of network infrastructure.
• Ability to investigate and source answers to problems
• Proven customer service and facing experience, at all customer levels
• Maintaining relevant customer maintenance documentation on file serve
• Co-ordinating customer projects and installations, including progress monitoring

Who we are looking for

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Reliable time keeping and attendance
• Strong time management/multi tasking & organisational skills
• Project management experience is a big plus
• Flexible approach, able to work outside of normal working hours when requested

Salary and Benefits

£25,000 ~ £35,000 per annum + Benefits

Hours

Monday - Friday 09:00am - 18:00pm
