Job Profile

An experienced engineer is required as part of a motivated on-site IT support team based in central London.

Main Responsibilities

• Support client IT requirements (OS, application, printer etc)
• Identify client business requirements and proposing solutions to these
• Internal team liaison with regards to delivery of IT projects
• Liaison with 3rd party vendors in regard to the above
• Ad-hoc administration in regard to the above

Who we are looking for

• Excellent fluency in both Japanese and English
• Minimum 3 years IT infrastructure experience
• Required technical knowledge includes: Windows 2003/2008 R2 Server, Mail, Remote Access, Security Software, LAN infrastructure

Salary and Benefits

£20,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience, plus excellent company benefits including all travel expenses paid for.

Hours

Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 17:30
