Main Responsibilities

• Analysis and assessment of technical issues
• Implementation of counter measures in relation to the above
• Report writing in English and Japanese on said counter measures
• Working closely with outside vendors in regards to quality issues

Who we are looking for

• Written and spoken fluency in Japanese and English is essential

In addition to this the ideal candidate will be expected to:
• Have experience of QA tools and techniques
• Have strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power point)
• Display a strong level of mechanical and electrical technical drawing understanding
• Have a strong level of customer service
• Have experience in manufacturing environment
• Display knowledge of CATIA or CAD
• Have a good understanding of conventional measurement tools
• Possess a degree (or equivalent) related to engineering
