日系大手銀行での募集となります。

仕事内容

日系企業と非日系企業のビジネスアライアンスのマーケティング及びオリジネーション 業務をご担当いただきます。

1. To provide business advisory service especially to Japanese clients who are considering to foray into SEA and West Asia.
2. To make a pitch to non-Japanese companies in terms of various industries in order to make a cross-border alliance project.
3. To contribute to the overall business goals and objectives in terms of clients satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
The nature of the assisgnment may vary during the course of identifying business opportunity. The incumbent must be adaptable and flexible to manage different type of unprecedented assignments.
1. Understand and/or grasp the strategic plan, which the client has in mind.
2. Establish relationship and work with clients from various industries to understand their busienss needs and detect what would be the key elements ranging from tax, legal, accounting, economic, industry aspects to put the plan into practice.
3. Think with/ think for the client, independently gather information, analyse the tactics that shoud be taken to lead the client's plan to a success and present the necessary information and solution to the client in written format, mainly using "power points".
4. Contact boldly and make a pitch to non-Japanese companies and gather information and figure out the needs about alliance with Japanese companies from them. Then make a proposal to Japanese companies and originate a cross-bprder alliance deals.

自ら提案書を作成し、自ら往訪し、プレゼンテーションをすることができる方
調査能力のみならず、それを踏まえた一段上の戦略構築能力及び営業力を備えている方
案件発掘の段階から、顧客訪問、プレゼンテーション、などゼロからのビジネス構築のご経験がある方

＜必要スキル＞
英語（ビジネスレベル）及び日本語によるプレゼンテーション及び会話力
営業センス・コミュニケーションスキル
アライアンスプロポーザル提案書作成スキル（英文・日本語　共）
（アライアンスシナジー分析などの仮説構築力及びストーリー構築力）

＜想定される業務経験＞
投資銀行におけるM&Aオリジネーション業務経験
銀行における非日系営業経験　等
