We are looking for a mid- to senior-level Boiler Technical Adviser to oversee a large-scale thermal power plant rehabilitation project. The role involves overseeing boiler-related site activities and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution. Visa Sponsorship is available for this position.
Location: Al Ahmadi, Kuwait
Salary: USD 3,000–6,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination with stakeholders
Oversee on-site boiler works, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards
Manage materials, equipment, and related documentation for mechanical activities
Monitor construction progress, identify issues, and report to the Project Manager
Support quality control, cost monitoring, and supplier coordination
Maintain project records and assist in reporting
Identify risks and support mitigation actions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience in boiler erection and installation
Strong hands-on experience in boiler systems
Technical knowledge of boiler components (e.g., drum, water wall panels, superheater, economizer, ducting)
Ability to lead site activities and make technical decisions
