    Japanese Speaking Administrator/Sales Coordinator


    £27,000 – 28,000 / yearly

    Working Hours: 9 AM – 5PM

[Main Responsibilities]

·         Accounting tasks using SAP (booking of income, processing of payments, receipts, etc)

·         Processing of expense payments using Concur

·         Making business trip arrangements

·         Providing sales and marketing support

·         Liaison with Tokyo Head Quarters

·         Ad-hoc, related admin works


·         Experience at a Japanese trading house (preferable)

·         Experience of using SAP and Concur (preferable)

·         General computer skills : Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

·         Good time and task management

·         Ability to work autonomously

·         Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

·         Cooperative and  flexible


   Japanese: Native level / English: Business level
