Main Responsibilities

Order Processing

        Create Sales order into SAP System

        Communicate with HQ

        Communicate with Trade Partners /Distributors

        Update Sales Order Status Report

        Arrange POP Material to customers

        Provide Sales Order Forecast to Finance

        Provide Sales Support to Sales Team


Admin Function

        Stationeries & office supply Ordering and monitoring of stock level

        Liaison with suppliers on Office maintenance & supply issue

        Sourcing of Quotations

        Managing Company car fleet including  insurance, servicing, etc

        Covering office switchboard, dealing with telephone enquiries

        Mails Sorting




        Be educated to university degree level or equivalent

        Highly self-motivated and resilient and be able to work under pressure and abide by       


        Must be a team player and assist colleagues across departments when required

        Able to work independently

        Have a high attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and prioritise a number of     

          conflicting and demanding workloads

        Experience of coordinating or participating in admin projects

        Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese both

        Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.
