Main Responsabilities


       Maintain excellent client-care and relationship with clients

       Answer to all requests from the fund clients

       Update and maintain client database

       Coordinate the analysis of the quality of operations

       Accomplish various tasks in a timely and qualitative manner

       Provide administrative support and complete all requested control checklists

       Inform the Section Head of all risks of error and actual errors as soon as detected and evaluate their impact


Who we are looking for;


       Bachelor in Banking or Economics, or equivalent experience

       Legal and regulatory knowledge related to custody and fund business, excellent overall banking knowledge

       Excellent overall banking knowledge

       Fluent in Japanese and English

       Microsoft office suite

       Analytical and problem-solving mind

       Proactive thinking to help decision-making process

       Excellent communication and organization skills

       Ability to negotiate

       Excellent networking skills of internal/external clients

       Good team player with high level of flexibility
