Euro 45K – Euro 70K per annum (inc bonus)
A Japanese Global manufacturing company is looking for the top HR talent who can help us build a new sales team based in Italy. The Human Resources Generalist will coordinate and provide administrative support in various HR/GA functions for this team, utilizing their strong HR experience and expertise.
Duties and Responsibilities
l Manage personnel administration (including but not limited to employment contracts, internal regulations, salary, bonus, social security, etc.). Serve as advisor on all payroll issues.
l Keep track of attendance and administer leave requests, disability claims, and worker’s compensation claims. Respond to concerns of any employment related legal issues, fraudulent or ethical complaints.
l Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensure the company adheres to legal standards.
l Organize and maintain validation of all HR related contracts such as insurances, licenses, agreements and registrations.
l Represent organization in all HR related meetings and negotiations.
l Monitor the performance management system and evaluation process to ensure reports are generated as scheduled.
l Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to retirement.
l Identify the training needs of the organization and coordinate training programs.
l Manage and supervise the usage of the company’s inventory and infrastructure.
l Provide general supporting activities and services to allow employees work comfortably.
l Bachelor’s degree or above (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
l 5 years' + experience in Human Resources Generalist or relevant role.
l In-depth knowledge of Italian labor law.
l English business level speaker.
l Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Italy (The location is yet to be determined but will most likely be either Lombardia or Lazio.)
