[Main Responsibilities]
· Handling reservations and bookings for flights, hotels, railways
· Dealing with customer enquiries and telephone calls
· Assisting customers with ticketing, booking changes and refunds
· Promotion and management of frequent flyer program
[Requirements]
· Experience of working in a call centre in the travel/airline industry
· Experience of using AMADEUS system
· Proficient in computer skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Time management skills
· Team player
· Attention to detail
