Main Responsibilities

• Aiding in the management and analysis of social media campaigns across various digital platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and etc.)

• Aiding in identifying marketing opportunities for the brand in the Japanese market

• Developing, coordinating, and reviewing social media content engagement strategies for different external audience groups

• Grow 'social following' and 'interactions'

• Support and report to the Marketing Manager to ensure the delivery of digital communication strategies

• Developing, delivering, and evaluating a range of media & PR activities

• Produce creative and cohesive content to meet the brand and business’s commercial requirement

• Developing inter-personal relationships with potential affiliate partners and users, and using these relationships to help advance commercial success

• Setting up social media plans and make sure tracking works correctly

• Continuously researching and sourcing new creative and innovative to engage with the followers

• Maintain and increase the social media followers’ loyalty toward our brands

• Collaborating with the wider marketing team and other business areas to gain assets and insight needed

• To work with the design team to create assets such as banners and landing pages

• Working with the wider Marketing team to create, deploy and optimise assets and campaigns through the social media marketing channel

• Ensure that all activity delivered is consistent and follows the Brand guidelines as well as best practice and that all materials are fully compliant with all relevant legislation

• Ensure all the company policies and procedures including the ISMS are adhered to

• Conduct profound competitor researches in order to identify the areas for improvement

• Conduct research with your culture understanding of the market


Skills and knowledge required

• Fluent Japanese speaker (Native level)

• Good level of Japanese and English in both speaking and writing

• A keen interest in Social Media trends, you will be required to research latest features across channels

• An eye for what works aesthetically on Social Media, with skill in creating basic social media graphics (static posts and Instagram Stories) using Canva or Photoshop

• The ability to use innovative solutions to problem solve

• The ability to work well and adapt in faced paced environments.

• Will have previous experience within a marketing role either client or agency side

• Is naturally personable and a “people person”, able to quickly and effectively develop business relationships internally and with external organisations and partners

• Will have a commercial mind-set

• Can be analytical in thought process and understands ROI and CPA models

• Has the ability to intake, analyse and condense information to relay to the team
