Job Description PA / Administrator / Accounts Clerk
The duties which PA / Administrator / Accounts Clerk entails are set out as follows.
The job description may from time to time be amended by the Company and in addition to the duties set out in it you may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties or work at additional or other addresses as necessary to meet the needs of the business. 
Reception Duties Taking telephone calls and transferring to the right person
Taking messages
Receiving mails, parcels and any other goods delivered
Welcoming guests, guiding to meeting rooms (inc. schedule, clearing up,  etc)
Management of kitchen including purchasing mineral water, tea, coffee, etc.
PA & Administrative duties Distributing the Manager's post
Organizing manager's business trip, including meeting appointment
Arranging flights etc. of members
Extensive research using internet etc
Arranging business meeting with clients
Ordering of publications
Booking hotels and cars for guests from overseas
Typing letters and reports
Keeping and updating clients' addresses in database
Photocopying, filing and any other secretarial jobs
Fielding the Manager's calls
Administration of  Company's office equipments
Dealing with building manager of Company's office
Documentation filing
Further duties as directed
Accounting duties Collect invoices and covert invoices to PDF for the record
  Preparation of bank payment and filing invoices 
  Reconcile cash book and bank accounts
  Issuing invoices
  Further duties as directed
