Job profile

The ideal candidate is expected to support and assist with effective client interaction through the administration of various business promotion activities and client-related data and communications infrastructure.


Main responsibilities


·       To support all members of Business Development and other group companies by assembling reports, making proposals, arranging meetings and telephone conferences to help fulfil clients’ requests and assisting in related services

    To prepare marking materials;  editing, proof-reading and disseminating client reports and other communication materials

    To maintain of user-side administration of our client database and other client-related applications

    To update marketing knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

    To ensure business operations being complied with the FCA requirements and other relevant regulations

    To handle all aspects of event management, coordination of various sales and marketing activities such as client events, compilation of RFPs, interfacing with third-party vendors



Who we are looking for

·       Reporting skills, information analysis skills

    Business level English is essential and Japanese language skills (reading, speaking and writing) are desirable

    Problem-solving skills with excellent ability to work well with a team – a relatively small team which entails back-up responsibilities and covering for other staff

    High attention to detail

    Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers

    Good understanding of Operations, proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel

    Strong understanding of information technology

    Client database management (CRM system) is highly desirable, in particular use of Salesforce

    Experience in website management

    Flexible, adaptable and positive attitude
