The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to design, build, and enhance innovative business solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
Job Description
Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
Build and maintain intelligent agents, conversational AI experiences, and automated business processes.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms and business applications, including data and reporting technologies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities for automation and AI, and deliver effective solutions.
Apply best practices in security, governance, compliance, and Responsible AI to ensure robust and reliable solutions.
Support solution architecture, documentation, testing, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through AI, automation, low-code technologies, technical support, and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Power Apps development, including Canvas and/or Model-driven applications.
Familiarity with integrating Power Apps solutions with Azure services.
Working knowledge of Dataverse architecture, data modelling, security roles, business rules, and governance.
Knowledge of AI tools, Copilot technologies, and AI governance principles.
Proven experience developing custom business applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience contributing to end-to-end Power Platform projects from design through deployment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, React, and PCF Controls.
Proven experience building, configuring, testing, and deploying Microsoft Copilot Studio agents.
Ability to analyse designs and code critically and provide constructive feedback.
Quality-focused, self-motivated, and collaborative approach to working within a team environment.
Additional experience with Power BI, API integration, Azure services, SQL/Oracle databases, CI/CD practices, advanced AI agents, C#/.NET, unit testing, automation tools, or other low-code platforms would be advantageous.
