Client Support Employee, Japanese/English speaker, Luxembourg


Up to €60K p.a. (dependent on experience)

Main Responsabilities

  • Maintain excellent client-care and relationship with clients 

  • Answer to all requests from the fund clients 

  • Update and maintain client database 

  • Coordinate the analysis of the quality of operations 

  • Accomplish various tasks in a timely and qualitative manner 

  • Provide administrative support and complete all requested control checklists 

  • Inform the Section Head of all risks of error and actual errors as soon as detected and evaluate their impact 

Who we are looking for;

  • Bachelor in Banking or Economics, or equivalent experience 

  • Legal and regulatory knowledge related to custody and fund business, excellent overall banking knowledge 

  • Excellent overall banking knowledge 

  • Fluent in Japanese and English 

  • Microsoft office suite

  • Analytical and problem-solving mind 

  • Proactive thinking to help decision-making process 

  • Excellent communication and organization skills 

  • Ability to negotiate

  • Excellent networking skills of internal/external clients

  • Good team player with high level of flexibility
