A Japanese global trading company is looking for a Credit Risk Administrator who can work in the Risk Management Team.

Role Summary
Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesGeneral Administrative Duties
· Administration of credit limitapplications: o Input credit limit details on toSAP o Liaisingwith the company Europe’saffiliates’andTokyoHeadOffice’sbusinessand administrative staff to control the flow ofpaperwork · Prepare monthly overdue and over credit limitreports. · Obtain D&B reports and distributing them toapplicants. · Process sub-account code applications onSAP. · Filing,archivingandadministrationofallrelatedandrequireddocumentsaccording to defined departmentalstandards. Analysis Work · Analyse financial statements and preparing credit reviews for the applications from UK business departments and affiliatecompanies. · Recommend credit ratings/limits and credit enhancement asappropriate. This role will be involved in other ad-hoc duties as required by the line manager from time to time. |
Skills & Competencies Required
The ideal candidate will:
Essential
· Have proven experience in a similar role/professionalenvironment.
· An understanding of Company Accounts including balance sheets and income statements.
· A self-motivated, commercially oriented and driven individual who can demonstrate some understanding of credit risk assessment andmanagement.
· Ability to deliver under tight deadlines wherenecessary.
· Strong analytical skills with attention todetail.
· Proficient in Microsoft office (Basic- IntermediateExcel)
· Proactive and flexible with excellent time managementskills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
