Position: Customer Service Coordinator
Type of position: Permanent
Location: Swindon, United Kingdom
Salary: £27K-£40 per annum (Dependent on your experience)
Working Time: Full time (5 days a week)
Working Arrangement: On-site
Key responsibilities
- Process orders for existing clients, including quotation handling and system data entry
- Manage delivery schedules, order progress, inventory, and shipping operations
- Support import and export administrative processes
- Maintain accurate customer and order information in the CRM system
- Provide prompt and professional customer support
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed
Mandatory Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar coordination role
- Fluent in English
- IT proficiency including Microsoft Office
- Full right to work in the UK (YMS, Postgraduate, and any other temporary visas are not eligible for this position)
Preferred requirements
- Experience using ERP and CRM systems
- Highly reliable with a keen attention to detail
- Able to prioritise tasks effectively and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Flexible and able to adapt to new environments and systems proactively
- Japanese speaking is a plus
