Position: Field Service Engineer
Salary: €50K～65K(Dependent on your experience)
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Working hours: Full time 5 days par week
Office policy: Remote or Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide both remote and on-site technical support to customers across the EMEA region.
- Carry out system installations, diagnostics, and issue resolution.
- Deliver training to customers and distributors.
- Oversee server maintenance and software updates.
- Work closely with customers to enhance and streamline their printing workflows.
Mandatory Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a field service engineer in either printing, automotive, medical devices or machine tools industry.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Netherlands with occasional travel across the broader EMEA region.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- IT proficiency, particularly with Windows operating systems
- Full right to work in Netherlands (Temporary visas are not eligible for this position.)
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with Adobe and other industry-standard printing software
