Food Safety Executive
Salary: up to 35K GBP
Permanent: 5-day per week, 40 hours
The key experience and knowledge we are looking for in candidates includes:
HACCP knowledge and practical application
Food allergen management
Handling and supporting food safety audits
Conducting food safety training
Maintaining food safety documentation and compliance records
We are looking for candidates with at least 2–3 years of Food Safety experience, ideally within a retail, hospitality, or food production environment.
The ideal candidate should also hold a Food Safety Level 3 or Level 4 certification.
In addition, basic Health & Safety and Fire Safety knowledge or experience would be beneficial. However, training can be provided internally for these areas.
