Japanese Speaking Call Centre Agent


20-23K *Depends on your experience


[Work Days/Hours] 

Shift system 8:00-16:30/9:00-17:30, 5 days a week including weekends and holidays



[Contract Type] 
   2 years fixed term contract



[Main Responsibilities] 


l  Frequent Flyer Programme member support

l  Reservations (airline tickets, trains, hotels, etc.)

l  Ticketing

l  Handling of inquiries 



l  Team player

l  Time management skills

l  Customer service experience preferred

l  Experience of the Frequent Flyer Programme preferred

l  Call Centre experience preferred

l  AMADEUS experience preferred



l  24 days of annual leave increasing to 25 days in the 2nd year of service
