Job Title: Japanese speaking Office Assistant (Part-time)

Work days/hours: Total 24 hours/week in Monday – Friday

Monthly salary: €1,500-1,600/month (€ 32,000 Gross annual on a full-time basis)

Location: Rotterdam (Central area)

Company: They are Japanese Manufacturing company selling car components.

 

Specific Duties: Responsible for assisting with customer service duties, office duties and performing various administrative duties, including, but not limited to the below;

  • Supporting the Director with administrative tasks.

  • Assisting in accounting tasks, such as issuing invoices, entering supplier invoices into SAP, and chasing payments.

  • Confirming receipt for customer sales orders and inputting into SAP.

  • Dealing with urgent customer orders.

  • Sending delivery confirmations to customers.

  • Updating customers on a weekly basis with Excel delivery confirmations.

  • Regular communication with the warehouse to ensure smooth running for customer collections.s

  • Any other customer service and office assistant duties as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Good written and oral communication skills in English and Japanese are a must.

  • Previous data entry/administration experience is essential.

  • Ability to work on their own and as part of a small team.

  • Able to commute to the office in Rotterdam (Hybrid working will be considered after the probation period.)

  • Efficient in Excel and Outlook.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Organised individual with great analytical skills and a logical approach to problem-solving.

  • Good interpersonal skills and experience on SAP system are an advantage, but not mandantry.

  • Ability to work on their own and as part of a small team.
