(7.5 working hours with a 1-hour break)
Overtime
Overtime may be required depending on project progress.
Salary
Starting from GBP 25,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience and skills)
Requirements
Valid driver’s license (ability to drive a van is preferred)
Previous customer service experience
Ability to perform light physical work, including handling and moving items
Must hold a valid visa permitting work in the UK (YMS visa may be considered for strong candidates)
Preferred Qualifications
Interest in logistics, particularly international shipping/import-export
Motivation to build a long-term career with potential to progress into management (clear career path available)
Job Description
You will be responsible for supervising on-site operations related to international relocations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sorting and packing household goods at customers’ residences
Managing loading operations and directing on-site staff (workers/crew members)
Checking required documentation and providing customers with guidance on international relocation procedures
Overseeing overall site progress, ensuring quality control, and maintaining excellent customer service
This role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
Training & Development
After joining, you will first undergo classroom-based training at the office, covering the fundamentals of international moving services and company operations.
This will be followed by on-the-job training (OJT) with experienced staff and managers, including:
On-site supervision techniques
Packing skills and methods
Customer service and communication
Comprehensive support will be provided to help you develop practical, job-related skills.
