This position is ideal for professionals who have been directly involved in the day-to-day administration and processing of corporate loans within a bank's first line function, acting as a key link between Front Office, Middle Office and Operations teams.
Experience in loan servicing, documentation review, data maintenance, transaction support, or loan operations would be highly relevant.

Position: Loan Data Validation Officer
Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid)
Contract: 12month Fixed-Term Contract
Candidate must have valid work visa to work in the Netherlands.
✅Key Responsibilities:
Perform independent validation of transactional and static loan data against source documents and systems
Reconcile key data between financial ledgers and operational systems
Investigate and drive resolution of data quality issues
Maintain and further develop the data validation framework
Support system, process and regulatory change initiatives
Collaborate with Transaction Support, Finance, Risk, IT and Front Office teams
✅Requirements:
4-5 years of relevant experience as a Loan Administration Officer with a strong data quality focus, or as a Data Validation / Data Quality Officer
Understanding of syndicated lending, project finance and/or bilateral loans with corporate customers
Solid understanding of the loan life cycle, notices, rollovers, fees, covenants and collateral
Strong Excel skills
Excellent command of English
✅Preferred:
Experience with SQL, Power BI or Tableau
Experience with data profiling and sampling techniques
Japanese or Dutch language skills
Detail-oriented, analytical and structured approach
