The Netherlands-based relocation centre near Amsterdam specialises in international and domestic household moves as well as office relocations, working closely with both local and international clients.
Role Overview
This role involves hands-on relocation operations combined with customer-facing and administrative responsibilities.
Working closely with local colleagues in a multicultural environment, the successful candidate will gain practical exposure to international logistics and relocation processes.
This position starts as a contract role with the intention of permanent employment.
Responsibilities
Support international and domestic relocation operations, including packing and loading/unloading
Attend client visits, surveys, and respond to customer enquiries
Coordinate schedules and support move planning activities
Prepare documentation and handle general administrative tasks
Assist with overseas moves, domestic moves, and office relocation projects
Liaise with internal teams and local staff to ensure smooth operations
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
Valid right to work in the Netherlands
(Freelance and Working Holiday visas are not accepted)
Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
Conversational level English for internal and customer communication
Nice to Have
Experience in relocation, logistics, or forwarding industries
Previous experience working in an international or multicultural environment
Customer-facing operational experience
Language Requirements
English: Fluent
Japanese: Advantageous but not essential
Location & Work Style
Location: Near Amsterdam, the Netherlands
Work style: On-site
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 17:30
(Weekends and public holidays are generally off)
Employment Type & Salary
Employment type: Contract role with a view to permanent employment
Salary: From €2,700 per month + holiday allowance
(Negotiable depending on experience)
