Position: Sales Account Manager (Junior)

Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring the delivery of excellent service while driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the lead point of contact for all matters related to designated accounts
Managing and overseeing customer activities
Achieving sales targets and budget expectations
Generating new leads and increasing sales volume within assigned accounts
Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
Understanding and reporting on customer satisfaction, expectations, and future needs
Networking within our global group to promote new and existing business solutions
Understanding client requirements and helping to create scalable, tailor-made proposals and solutions
Requirements
Solid understanding of technology, including IT infrastructure, cloud services, software solutions, or related areas
Business-level in English
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving capability
Excellent communication skills
Ability to travel within Europe
IT Consulting experience (nice to have)
Business level in French or Dutch (nice to have)
