Key Responsibilities:
- Visit European HVAC and refrigeration equipment manufacturers
Conduct technical meetings with customers’ R&D and engineering teams
- Identify and analyse customer needs and technical challenges
- Provide technical proposals for pressure vessels and valve products
- Gather information on new product development projects and business opportunities
Collaborate closely with internal engineering and technical teams
Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
Mandatory requirements:
Experience in the HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration) industry
Background in technical sales to OEM customers
Willingness and ability to travel within Europe
Strong technical communication skills in English for customer interactions
Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering, refrigeration and air conditioning engineering, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, or related disciplines
Capable of engaging in technical discussions with customers' engineering teams
Able to understand customer challenges and propose solutions utilizing the company's products
Self-motivated and capable of independently managing customer visits and sales activities
Preferred requirements:
Familiarity with pressure vessels
Understanding of valve technologies and applications
Exposure to compressors, heat exchangers, piping equipment, and related systems
Application engineering experience
Proficiency in Dutch and/or French
