Main Responsibilities

1.       Annual marketing and strategic planning - management of the planning process, devise strategies, action plans, and annual marketing budget planning.

2.       Championing creative marketing initiatives and campaigns for key countries in Europe.

3.       Crafting effective digital, social, and other media strategies catered for key countries’ business needs and to maximize target consumers reach and engagement.

4.       Ensure, carry through, monitor programmes implementation effectiveness.

5.       Brand and portfolio management for driving both short term and long term growth and category development roadmaps.

6.       Budget planning and management to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.

7.       Manage and groom agencies partnerships so as to ensure strong support of and quality work for the brand’s healthy growth and brand leadership.

8.       Consumer insights management, analysis, market intelligence, competitors’ information management, retail audit & research analysis and insights.

9.       Oversee consumers/trade events organization to ensure quality executions.

10.   Devise annual P.R. strategies, planning and ensure quality executions to maximize quality brand exposure effectively to target consumers and trade.


Education & Experience: -

  • University degree level or equivalent, Business or Marketing degree an advantage.

  • At least 6 years of strong background in UK/Europe FMCG, an advantage if with both B2C and B2B experience.

  • Solid team management experience.

  • Of Europe work experience background.

  • Permission to work in the UK.

  • Excellent planning and organization skills, strong strategic thinking, analytical.

  • Good leadership and team management skills.Able to manage a multi-cultural team mix.

  • Strong problem solving, communication, and reports writing skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and people skills, sociable and compassionate.

  • Highly motivated and self-driven, open-minded with creative/innovative thinking.

  • Excellent English (spoken and written) is a must; ability to speak another European language or fluent/read Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is a definite advantage.
