Position: Accountant and Administrator
Salary: €2,500 – 2,600 / month (Negotiable)
Location: Wargnies-le-Grand, North part of France
Product: Electrical devices for only BtoB
Language: Fluency in French and Above conversational level of English
【Responsibility】
・Engage in General Accounting such as bookkeeping.
・Ensure follow-up of customer orders from start to finish (order entry, tracking, order acknowledgement, delivery note, shipping, invoicing).
・Support for the commercial part such as the creation of certain quotes.
・Engage in some of General Affairs tasks.
【Essential knowledge, skills, qualifications】
・Fluency in French and Above conversational level of English.
・Experience in General Accounting is a must.
・Experience in monthly closing would be an advantage.
・Experience in Office Management, Administrator, General Affairs, or Supply Chain Management would be an advantage.
・Able to go to the office in Wargnies-le-Grand, North part of France every day.
・Strong planning, analytical and organizational skills.
