A Japanese global freight forwarding company are looking for an imports Coordinator / Manager.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Sea freight imports and Customs clearances

 

• Handling sea shipments

 

• Speaking to customers on a daily basis

 

• Liaising with shipping companies, handling agents, transports, Customs, overseas offices, and shipping lines

 

• Raising files, documents and invoices

 

• Arranging deliveries

Key Skills:
 

• At least 5 years hands-on operational freight forwarding experience

 

• Good working knowledge of logistics, shipping

 

• Import Customs entry experience

 

• Must be a quick learner and be willing to learn all areas of the operation

 

• Be able to demonstrate a good level of work efficiency and accuracy

 

• Professional customer service skills

 

• Professional communicator (fluent Japanese, English & Dutch)
