Position:                      French speaking Blood Market Project Manager (for Blood bank, Healthcare or Hospitals sectors)

Remote work:            Available

*Having frequent business trips in France and other European countries such as Luxembourg, 70% of the duties

Position Summary 

They are experienced project managers who will join their team in the healthcare and hospital sector. They have strong project management experience and in-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and IT engineering. They will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and successfully delivering complex corporate projects aimed at improving hospital infrastructure and healthcare systems, ensuring optimal resource and timeline management..

 

Responsibility 

  • Define project goals and scope in collaboration with stakeholders and plan and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines and budgets (30% of the duties).

  • Visit their clients in France and some other European countries with Sales Manager and explain the technical area (70% of the duties). 

    =>Their target clients; Blood banks, medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, testing institutions and laboratories, government and regulatory agencies, hospitals, and healthcare logistics and supply chain providers etc.

  • Supervise and motivate a team to achieve set objectives and ensure communication among all stakeholders to maintain a shared project vision.

  • Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.

  • Update health and safety regulations in Europe.

  • Regularly assess project progress and adjust plans as needed.

  • Plan and manage construction and renovation projects for hospital infrastructure within the company’s area of expertise, with a focus on RFID.

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including partners, engineers, technicians, and healthcare professionals.

  • Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Assess technical needs and propose innovative solutions.

  • Oversee installation and maintenance of medical equipment and IT systems.

  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure transparency and client satisfaction.

  • Draft progress reports and technical documentation.

  • Create user manuals and training materials. 

 

 Mandatory Requirements 

  • Experienced in collaborating with Blood banks, medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, testing institutions and laboratories, government and regulatory agencies, hospitals, and healthcare logistics or supply chain providers.

  • Interest in RFID/IT technologies.

  • Data management skills.

  • Fluent in English and French.

  • Availability for frequent business trips in France and other European countries, such as Luxembourg (70% of the duties)

  • Degree in mechanical, electrical, or computer engineering.

  • Budget management and strategic planning skills.

  • Knowledge of hospital management systems or medical technologies.

  • Proven experience in project management within the healthcare or hospital sector (sensitivity to healthcare challenges).

  • Knowledge and strict application of health and safety regulations.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

  • Good listener (to clients and colleagues).

  • Team spirit and ability to motivate others.

  • Organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills.
