Server Engineer (LINUX/Windows)

Office working: 5 days /week

Job description:
Provisioning, detailed planning, design and implementation of core systems and services, including hardware, software, servers and applications.
Network element configuration including day-to-day service delivery.
Network and server implementation and optimization.
Consideration of the most profitable system and implementation methods.
Creation of handover documents, providing internal training as necessary.Documentation for implementation and modification.
Development and implementation of new features and services.
Migration planning and execution.
Proof of concept testing and acceptance testing.Vendor negotiation and control.
2nd/3rd level troubleshooting with relation to company divisions and external customers if required & escalation contact (if necessary, outside of working hours)
Requirements:
Extensive work experience in LINUX/Windows server environments.
ISP related server application knowledge and experience. I.E. SMTP, DNS, HTTP, Radius.
Detailed knowledge of monitoring applications such as zabbix, nagios, icinga, SolarWinds, OpManager and others.
Detailed knowledge of server and storage hardware.
Detailed knowledge of server security hardening.
Detailed knowledge of server virtualization (hypervisor).
Facility Management, Network Cabling, Equipment Installation.
